Who is a Sales Development Rep?

Sales Development Representative (SDR) is a professional within a specialized sales team responsible for qualifying leads and building sales pipeline. This involves finding creative ways to reach prospects via email, phone, social networks and more.

Top SDRs can earn from €2,000 to €5,000, depending on their market and get promoted to an account executive within 12-18 months.

Your main responsibilities will be:

Run, monitor and constantly improve outbound outreach campaigns
Reach out to and qualify leads
Keep customer relationship management tool(s) up-to-date
Book meetings with the potential customers to reach your targets and earn your bonuses

Academy Curriculum

On average, candidates become job ready in 2 to 4 weeks. It takes 40 to 80 hours to complete our academy.

Module 1. Lead Research

You will learn how to build customer lists and how to qualify leads based on company's ideal customer profile (ICP). We'll also cover the best practices of using LinkedIn for lead research.

Module 2. Account-based Selling Framework

You will learn the account-based selling (ABS) framework that is widely used by organization worldwide. We’ll cover what is a customer relationship management (CRM) tool as well as outreach and negotiation best practices.

Module 3. Objection Handling

You will learn how to handle objections from prospects and turn them around into leads. We’ll also cover CRM workflows for effective sales pipeline management.

Module 4. Cold Outreach

You will learn how to effectively reach out to prospects via LinkedIn and email, how to build effective outreach sequences and copywriting best practices. We’ll do practical assignments and provide personal feedback.

Module 5. Cold Calling

You will learn how to effectively reach out to prospects on the phone. We’ll cover best practices in engaging prospects. You’ll do role-playing exercises and receive personal feedback.

Module 6. Data-driven Sales

You will learn what metrics are key to measuring performance of your campaigns and how to use data to improve your approach. We’ll also cover mailbox management best practices.

Module 7. GDPR & Regulations

You will learn about critical regulations that we need to adhere to when doing account-based selling so you’re fully prepared for your next job.

Module 8. Graduation & Job Introductions

You will receive a completion certificate and we’ll help you prepare for job interviews, brush up your CV and introduce you to our hiring partners.

Yes, Sales Academy is fully remote and can be accessed from anywhere. Live webinars are during European working hours.

Can you guarantee that I'll get a job?

No, as companies still have a final say in whether to hire you or not but our graduates have 95% employment rate. We will also introduce you to more than 1 company.

What salary should I expect once I get hired?

Starting salaries can range from €1,000 to €2,000 plus bonuses depending on the market. Top performing SDRs can earn from €2,000 to €5,000 with bonuses.

Who are the trainers?

Our expert trainers are real-life professionals with experience in their specialist field, who dedicate a few days a week of their time to helping others learn. They have real hands-on experience and they are always updating the course curriculum to include new technology and the latest techniques & strategies.

Is this program certified?

Yes, you will receive a certificate of completion once you graduate.

When does this program start?

We run 2 cohorts every month, in the beginning and middle of the month. But keep in mind that our scholarships have separate deadline and doesn't apply for all cohorts.
