Sales Development Representative (SDR) is a professional within a specialized sales team responsible for qualifying leads and building sales pipeline. This involves finding creative ways to reach prospects via email, phone, social networks and more.
Top SDRs can earn from €2,000 to €5,000, depending on their market and get promoted to an account executive within 12-18 months.
Your main responsibilities will be:
On average, candidates become job ready in 2 to 4 weeks. It takes 40 to 80 hours to complete our academy.

You will learn how to effectively reach out to prospects on the phone. We’ll cover best practices in engaging prospects. You’ll do role-playing exercises and receive personal feedback.
You will learn what metrics are key to measuring performance of your campaigns and how to use data to improve your approach. We’ll also cover mailbox management best practices.
You will learn about critical regulations that we need to adhere to when doing account-based selling so you’re fully prepared for your next job.

Starting salaries can range from €1,000 to €2,000 plus bonuses depending on the market. Top performing SDRs can earn from €2,000 to €5,000 with bonuses.

Yes, you will receive a certificate of completion once you graduate.
We run 2 cohorts every month, in the beginning and middle of the month. But keep in mind that our scholarships have separate deadline and doesn't apply for all cohorts.
